  • Would be a helpful text in a graduate course on curriculum development. This is a foundational text. Experienced faculty leading a major curriculum change will find it too basic. Issues around teaching out a curriculum while starting a new one, budget issues and leading change are not addressed.
  • Great
  • Wife's book.
  • Excellent quality product. I am very happy! Thanks!
  • I have been using the 3rd edition of this textbook since it was released in 2014 for a graduate nursing curriculum course with much satisfaction. This new edition eliminated or condensed information needed for a comprehensive understanding of curriculum development and design. I did my own crosswalk between the 3rd and 4th editions and found one chapter totally eliminated and the content of four other chapters significantly condensed. It seemed to me that the expertise and experience of Sarah Keating was missing from this new edition. I will be using both the 3rd and 4th editions for my class this year, but also will be looking at the Iwasiw, Andrusyszyn, Goldenberg (2020) new edition as a possible replacement for next year.
